The season is still a few weeks away, but pre-season training starts on the 10th of June and the draw for the league cup is this afternoon. Will be interesting now that the regions have been removed.

AUFC Talk / AUFC Golf Day
Last post by shinglis - May 19, 2022, 11:20:31
Anyone going to the golf day - would have liked to have attened but clashes with prior arrangement.

QuoteWe are pleased to announce the details of, what will become, the annual Ayr United Golf Day.

This year's event will take place on Friday the 17th of June 2022 at Ayr Seafield Golf Club. The day will get underway at 9am with a hot drink and a breakfast roll and will be followed by a 'shotgun' start shortly afterwards. The format of the event will be a 'Texas Scramble'.

The day's golfing is scheduled to end at around lunchtime when competitors will be welcomed back to Cameron's Bar for a buffet lunch and a prizegiving ceremony for the winning players and teams.

There will be plenty more activities and challenges during the day to keep everyone amused no matter your level of ability.

The event is priced at £200 for a 3-person team. Each team will sponsor the hole they tee off from and will be drawn to play alongside a member of the management or playing staff from Ayr United.

Subject to demand, we may sell individual entries for the day at a later date.

Tickets can be bought from the link below:

Not fussed about either leaving. The defense has been a bomb scare all season and with these 2 and Fjortoft going it's a  fresh start.

Folks suggesting on P and B we sign Craig Wighton (this season 27 games 0 goals) from Dunfermline - dear oh dear Cammy Salkeld scored more goals this season
