Player Database

I am starting to build (or rebuild) the player database. I am still cross-checking but have the list of all the players used but what I am missing is the match line ups pre-1998. If any one has or knows where available then please let me know.

Already checking the British Newspaper archive as a source but looking for any alternatives.
