Using this time to start on a new Ayr Utd related archive website. In the mean time a big thanks to Jim Mechan, we have restored his old site on the following domain : ayrutdarchive.com

If you want to get in involved or have a little piece of history to share then get in touch.

It's great to have the site restored as I used it as my 'bible' for collecting programmes. I've noticed however, that on clicking on many of the seasons, the information is not there anymore. Is this what you are fixing?

Hi, yes was made aware and we noticed that some files were missing, the complete site will be available soon.

I am very busy with the new design and things are progressing well, should be ready for the new season whenever that is.

Just a small update. Moving the archive site from a development area to the live area today.
New site should be available for preview very soon.

New site is now active  ;D  - There is still some edits and errors to resolve but good enough to progress (I think)

Just picked up a programme from August 1972, Ayr v St Mirren (SLC).
The front cover says the game was played at Dam Park. Why was Somerset not used?
Just curious.
